Resin sand sand mixer can be divided into: single arm resin sand mixer and double arms resin sand mixer .
Double Arms resin sand mixer's most widely used, its characteristic is can be made up of free secondary rotary stirring cage, the first level is conveying stirred cage, conveying the original sand .The second level is high speed mixed sand stirring cage .Liquid resin and curing agent are in the second stage injection,first of all injection curing agent , a period of time and then sprayed into the resin .
