Vertical Parting Process: It realizes the vertical parting of sand molds, making the dimensions of castings more precise, the parting surfaces clearer, reducing defects such as flash and burrs, and improving the yield and surface quality of castings.

1. Sand Filling Device: It adopts an efficient sand filling system that can evenly add molding sand into the shooting sand barrel to ensure sufficient supply of molding sand during the shooting process. It is also equipped with a sand quantity detection device that can monitor the sand quantity in real time and realize automatic sand filling control.
2. Shooting Sand Mechanism: It consists of a shooting sand barrel, a shooting sand valve, and a shooting sand head. The shooting sand valve can be opened and closed quickly, allowing high-pressure gas to instantaneously inject the molding sand into the mold cavity. The structural design of the shooting sand head ensures that the molding sand can evenly fill all parts of the mold.
3. Compacting Mechanism: The compacting plate is driven by a hydraulic or pneumatic system to compact the sand mold after shooting sand, and the compacting pressure can be adjusted according to the process requirements to ensure that the sand mold reaches the required compactness.
4. Pattern Drawing Mechanism: By using precise mechanical transmission or hydraulic transmission devices, the compacted sand mold is smoothly drawn out from the mold, and the damage to the sand mold during the pattern drawing process is minimal, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the sand mold.
5. Mold Closing Mechanism: It realizes the accurate closing of the upper and lower sand molds with high closing accuracy, ensuring the uniformity of the wall thickness of the castings. The mold closing mechanism has positioning and clamping functions to prevent the misalignment of the sand molds in subsequent processes such as pouring.
6. Mold System: Molds of various materials and structures can be customized according to the casting requirements of customers. The molds are made of high-quality materials and have good wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, ensuring the service life and molding quality of the molds.

8.
