Product Features

If transporting hot new sand with high temperature or hot old sand after falling, heat-resistant rubber belts can be used. The joint of rubber tape can be made by vulcanization or cold bonding method. The cold bonding method has a simple process and low cost, and its joint strength is also higher than that of vulcanization method.

The low-speed shaft of the shaft mounted reducer is a shaft sleeve structure, which is directly fitted onto the shaft head of the drum without the need for a coupling. It has a small axial size, is easy to assemble and disassemble, and does not require a drive bracket. The driving device of the belt conveyor can be installed as left or right transmission according to the layout requirements.

There are two types of rollers: steel plate smooth roller and rubber coated roller. Under general usage conditions, smooth surface rollers are preferred. When the transmission torque is large and friction needs to be increased, rubber surface rollers can be used. When materials require magnetic separation, permanent magnet pulleys can be used as the drive drum for belt conveyors.

The face increasing and tail changing drum adopts a spindle type steel plate drum, which is compact in structure and easy to ensure installation accuracy. The surface roller is installed on the left and right wheel frames, without the need for a separate bracket, and the surface angle can be easily adjusted. The end of the tail turning drum can be equipped with magnetic components for automatic control of safe operation of the belt conveyor.
