Medium frequency coreless induction furnace is suitable for the smelting of cast iron, cast steel and non-ferrous metals. It is composed of open furnace body, furnace frame, and tilting oil cylinder, induction ring, magnetic yoke, high pressure carbon-free hose, casting fixed material at the furnace mouth and bottom, a full set of stainless steel water distributor, return water collector and clamp, including wall mounted water inlet and outlet.

5. How it control for whole work?
When the mold of the desander box enters the cylinder bodyand rotates to a certain height with the cylinder body, it falls tothe
bottom of the cylinder body by self weight. Under the constantimpact and friction between them, the sand mold and the castingare
separated and reach the grid part of the cylinder body alongthe direction of the spiral piece. The sand enters the old sand system
and thecasting is discharged from the discharge port.
