Product Features

The inertia linear vibration sand screening machine is a new and efficient screening equipment, mainly used for screening new or old sand in casting workshops, and can also be used for screening other granular and loose materials.

This series of sand screening machines has five specifications: screening width of B=550, B=650, B=800, B=1000, and B=1200 millimeters. This series of sand screening machines is equipped with two vibration motors (or exciters) installed on both sides of the screen frame and rotating in reverse.

According to the principle of self synchronous pursuit, they move synchronously, causing the screen body to vibrate in a straight line. The material is continuously thrown up and screened.

The equipment is installed horizontally and has both screening and conveying functions. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, compact structure, high screening efficiency, good spring isolation effect, and small dynamic load transmitted to the foundation.

The advantages of Belt Permanent Magnet Separator

The machine is mainly composed of a screen body, vibration motor, screen mesh, spring, waste sand tank, etc. The sand screening machine is supported by four damping springs, and two vibration motors are symmetrically installed on both sides of the screen body, which rotate synchronously in the opposite direction. The vibrating screen moves in a straight line along the direction perpendicular to the motor axis under the action of excitation force. The material is continuously thrown forward on the screen, and the screened material falls into the groove bottom plate through the screen and is discharged through the discharge port. The unloading methods of the waste bin include front unloading, left unloading, and right unloading. The sieve body should not be rigidly connected to other equipment, and the gap should be greater than 60 millimeters.
