The hook-through shot blasting machine is suitable for the surface cleaning or strengthening of medium and small castings, forgings, and heat-treated parts in batches. The workpieces can run continuously along with the hanging chain, or an advanced accumulating push-rod overhead chain can be used to convey the workpieces. It enables fixed-point loading and unloading of workpieces and fixed-point shot blasting cleaning in a stationary state.

5. How it control for whole work?
When the mold of the desander box enters the cylinder bodyand rotates to a certain height with the cylinder body, it falls tothe
bottom of the cylinder body by self weight. Under the constantimpact and friction between them, the sand mold and the castingare
separated and reach the grid part of the cylinder body alongthe direction of the spiral piece. The sand enters the old sand system
and thecasting is discharged from the discharge port.
