1. The vibrating screen should be able to swing freely after installation. The gap between the vibrating part of the vibrating
screen and other surrounding equipment structures should be greater than 30 millimeters. A rubber soft curtain can be installed between the upper dust hood and the screen body, but it must not hinder the vibration of the vibrating screen. The sand discharge port and waste sand tank are not allowed to be rigidly connected to other chutes, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the screen. 2. The vibrating screen generally should not be welded with other components, otherwise it will affect the smoothness
of the screen's operation.
3. Installation of screen mesh: When installing the screen, it is necessary to check whether the rubber pad between the screen and the support plate is damaged or detached. The tension of the screen should be reasonable, otherwise it will affect the life of the screen and the screening efficiency. (1) When the vibrating screen is working, the screen mesh must not shake. When installing, tighten the tension bolts to ensure sufficient tension of the screen mesh. The degree of tension can be judged by the sound. (2) If the tension is too high, the sieve will bulge. (3) The new sieve needs to be stretched shortly after use. It can be tightened once every half an hour after starting up, and then tightened once every 2-4 hours after starting up. After working for 2-3 days, check the tension level and tighten again if necessary. Remove the compression block during tensioning.
4. Installation of vibration motor (1) The two vibration motors should rotate in opposite directions, as shown in
Figure 4, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the sieve and cause damage to the equipment. (2) When adjusting the eccentric block of the vibration motor, it should be ensured that the excitation force of the two vibration motors is equal, that is, the amplitude on both sides of the sieve is equal. Otherwise, the sieve will swing laterally, affecting its normal operation. The amplitude of the vibrating screen can be measured by the amplitude signs on both sides of the screen. When the amplitudes on both sides of the screen are equal, it is determined that the vibration force adjustment is complete.
5. Operation (1) Before starting, check if there are any obstacles obstructing the operation of the sieve. (2) After starting or replacing the motor for the first time, check whether the direction of rotation of the motor is opposite. If it is in the same direction, adjust the wiring of the motor to make it rotate in the opposite direction. (3) When starting at low temperatures, due to the high viscosity of the lubricating oil, the motor current may be too high, causing the relay to operate. At this time, the starter can be temporarily short circuited (the ammeter should be observed); Long term excessive current is caused by incorrect installation of the vibration motor, such as bearing biting. If installed accurately, rotate the eccentric block by hand, and the eccentric block can be easily restored to its original position. (4) Regularly inspect all fasteners to ensure there is no looseness.
6.Lubrication of bearings The bearings of the vibration motor are lubricated with 3 # composite calcium based grease. After running for 3000 hours under normal working conditions, the bearing grease should be replaced and the bearings, bearing chambers, and end caps should be cleaned thoroughly. The vibration motor has not been used for more than six months and needs to be disassembled for maintenance and replaced with new lubricating grease. After running the vibration motor for 10000 hours, the bearings should be checked and generally replaced.
