passing through the screening section from above, the sand is mixed with water and then enters the boiling bed through the feeding port. Firstly, the sand is blown into the boiling bed by high wind pressure and thrown forward in a boiling state. Then, it is bounced back and enters the rear wind box one by one, and then blown back and forth. This process repeats itself The medium sand body is continuously thrown up and down, forming boiling waves and moving forward while dispersing the sand over a large area and removing heat (carried away by the contained moisture), as well as its main function of dust removal.

Adopting positive and negative pressure air cooling method for cooling (air cooling+water cooling can also be used), reasonable
anti blocking devices are installed inside the fluidized bed for easy cleaning; The prototype of this institution adopts positive
and negative pressure dual cooling dust removal. After crushing the sand, the residual temperature on the automatic line is much
higher than the temperature allowed by manual molding (room temperature ± 10 ℃), especially in situations where the workpiece is
large, the pouring cycle time is short, or in summer.

Due to limitations such as the sand box, site, and pouring cycle, the poured sand mold cannot be further naturally cooled, and the
sand dropping temperature can reach 200~400 ℃. After vibration sand dropping and screening dust removal, the residual temperature in the later stage can still reach 90~150 ℃; Therefore, necessary sand temperature adjustment has become an important issue in automatic molding lines.

Detailed description of the operating

principle

The main components of a vibrating fluidized bed are a tank, a vibrating motor, a breathable screen, and a blower. The vibration
motor causes the entire tank to vibrate, and a mesh plate component is placed above the tank. When the hot sand enters the boiling
bed mesh plate, the sand body moves towards the discharge end in the direction of the vibration force. Below the mesh board is an
air chamber, where air is driven by a blower and enters through ducts and flexible connecting pipes. It passes through the mesh
board and sand body at high pressure, taking away moisture and heat. This humid and dusty gas is then discharged through the dust
hood above. The screen adopts a special specification mesh cover interwoven with metal, which requires ventilation and cannot leak sand.
