Resin sand mixer is a continuous operation of the resin sand sand mixing machine, Mixing outputs range from 3T per hour to 100T per hour, ideal for smaller foundries and catering for a number of individual customer requirements. Resin sand sand mixer can be divided into: single arm resin sand mixer and double arms resin sand mixer . The single arm resin sand mixer agglomerant system adopt electric variable diaphragm pump,light weight,compact size,the flow is stable and reliable.sand mixed system of uniform,effectively ensure the shape(sand core ) quality. Short mixing time,no head &tail sand, wide-open cage, easy to clean up the wal of sand , adjustable leaf, facilitate to operate and maintenance.

Featuring a fully open sand mixing cage wall, it facilitates the cleaning and adjustment of the cage wall and blades. Easy to operate and maintain.The single arm rotating structure is simple and requires less investment in equipment. According to the needs, a new old sand ratio regulator can be configured at the inlet of the sand mixer, which can accurately control the ratio regulator of new and old sand, accurately control the sand output and ratio of new and old sand, and select and
change according to the pre adjusted ratio during the sand mixing process.
