1.Base: supports and fixes various components such as the sand mixing mechanism, adhesive system, pneumatic system, electrical system, etc.
2. Sand mixing mechanism: It consists of a first stage sand mixing cage and a second stage sand mixing cage. The sand mixing mechanism is connected to the base and between the two stages of sand mixing cages with 4-point rotary bearings.
(1)Primary sand mixing cage: The deceleration motor drives the cage shaft to rotate through an elastic coupling, and the sand that enters quantitatively from the sand inlet is conveyed forward by the spiral blades to the secondary sand mixing cage.
(2)Secondary sand mixing cage: The cage shaft is driven by the motor seat elastic coupling to rotate. The sand fed by the primary cage is transported forward through the spiral blades to the sand mixing starting section. A curing agent is added from outside the proximal control valve, and pre mixed through the small blades to the proximal control valve where resin is added before entering the sand mixing section. The small blades of the sand mixing section are adjustable, which can adjust the gap between the blades and the mixing cage wall to compensate for the increased gap caused by wear, and adjust the angle between the blades and the axis to change the direction and speed of sand movement, thereby enhancing the interpenetration ability between sand particles and achieving a more ideal sand mixing effect.
