This series of double arm continuous resin sand mixer is mainly used for mixing resin self hardening sand and sodium silicate sand.

Featuring a fully open sand mixing cage wall, it facilitates the cleaning and adjustment of the cage wall and blades. Sand mixing mechanism: The sand mixing mechanism is connected to the base by a rotary support, and the motor drives the mixing cage shaft to rotate through an elastic coupling. The sand that enters quantitatively from the sand inlet is transported forward through the non filtering plate, and the curing agent is added to the proximal control valve in front of the head end cylinder.
The small blades are quickly stirred and pre mixed, and resin is added to the proximal control valve at the back to enter the sand mixing section. The small blades of the sand mixing section are adjustable, which can adjust the gap between the blades and themixing cage wall to compensate for the increased gap caused by wear. The blades can also be adjusted at different angles to the axis to change the direction and speed of sand movement, thereby enhancing the interpenetration ability between sand particles and achieving a more ideal sand mixing effect.
