The linear vibrating machine are consisted of the screen box, supporting or hanging device,driving unit, vibration isolation.

vibrating screen sieve sifter machine uses motor as the vibration source, making materials be tossed and move forward in a straight line on the screen.

Product Features

Linear sieve relies on two reverse motors with the same frequency to make the material jump straight forward on the screen
surface, the material smaller than the screen hole diameter falls into the lower layer through the screen, and the material larger
than the screen hole size remains on the screen surface and exits from this layer. The material port is discharged, so as to
achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.

Prevent vibration from being transmitted to the ground while supporting the full weight of the screen box There are several balls on the bottom of screen frame hit each other when vibrating, which can clear screen and avoid blocking
effectively.

The linear vibrating screen uses two vibrating motors as vibration sources, and the twovibrating motors do synchronous opposite movement, so that the material is forced to doparabolic linear movement on the screen.

Materials uniformly enter the screen surface ofthe vibrating screen from the previous process through the distributing device at the feedport of the linear screen machine, and the materials are forced to pass through the screenin the moving process, so as to achieve classification of different specifications.
