Product Description

Purpose:

The powerful and efficient rotor sand mixer was designed by our company based on the drawings imported from abroad . This machine is mainly used for mixing various types and core sands in large and medium-sized casting workshops, and can also be used for mixing various powder and granular materials in industries such as glass, ceramics, and refractory materials. The working principle of this machine is that three sets of low-speed transmission large blade scrapers push the mixture to make radial and tangential movements in the machine bowl, so that the sand is mixed while advancing. The high-speed rotating rotor blades not only apply impact force to the sand but also cooperate with the scraper to apply shear force to the sand, causing rapid diffusion and strong friction between the sand materials, thus achieving high sand mixing efficiency and good quality. The machine has a simple structure, easy maintenance, high reliability of the transmission system and mixing mechanism, and is currently an ideal sand mixing equipment.

Product Application

It is widely used in the mixing of self hardening sand for large cast ron, cast steel and other castings. The machine is a movableadjustable elevating sand mixer, which is easy to operate and has fullfunctions .

It can be adjusted and selected according to diferentcharacteristics of resin sand technology.
