1. The transmission drum adopts an olive shape, with a symmetrical herringbone shaped guiding pattern rubber surface cast on the surface. The transmission is reliable, not easy to slip or deviate, and extends the working life of the adhesive tape.
2. The main shaft of the transmission drum adopts double row spherical roller bearings, which have high load capacity and are easy to maintain and adjust.
3. Adopting a large roller type backstop, installed at the other end of the drive device, with low speed and low wear, the lifting belt will not reverse during disassembly, assembly, and maintenance of the drive device.
4. The driving device adopts a shaft mounted gear reducer, and the gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, with carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. The tooth surface hardness is high and the bearing capacity is large. 5. The tail wheel adopts a drum shaped squirrel cage structure to ensure that it does not stick to sand or deviate. Adopting a lever type heavy hammer tensioning device, it can adapt to different forces on the tape.
