The GTD bucket elevator is an efficient bucket elevator redesigned based on the principle of GF company's product digestion and absorption. It adopts a double row dense small hopper layout, with mixed loading of materials at the bottom and centrifugal unloading at the top. The transmission drum adopts an olive shape, with a symmetrical herringbone shaped guiding pattern rubber surface cast on the surface. The transmission is reliable, not easy to slip or deviate, and extends the working life of the adhesive tape. The main shaft of the transmission drum adopts double row spherical roller bearings with high load capacity. Adopting a large roller type backstop, installed at the other end of the drive device, with low speed and low wear, the lifting belt does not reverse during disassembly, assembly, and maintenance of the drive device. The driving device uses a hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer, and the gears are made of high-quality alloy steel with carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. The tooth surface hardness is high and the bearing capacity is large. The tail wheel adopts a drum shaped squirrel cage structure, with double cone sand discharge inside the wheel to ensure that the tail wheel does not stick to sand or deviate. Using a screw tensioning device, the tension of the tape can be automatically adjusted according to different stress conditions of the tape, avoiding tape slippage or overloading of the hoist; Simultaneously adjust the travel length and have a wide range of adjustments. Install a pulse type speed measurement device at one end of the drum shaped tail wheel to monitor and control the safe operation of the hoist, and provide interlock protection in case of overload and slippage. The GTD bucket elevator adopts EP-300 tear resistant, non elongation, non deformation, polyester polyester curtain core high-strength lifting belt, ensuring high-speed and large conveying capacity transportation. The hopper adopts a double row small hopper, arranged in a cross pattern
from left to right and from top to bottom, with low inertia force, uniform discharge, and low vibration. It is suitable for drum
shaped driving wheel surfaces, and the hopper bolts have low additional force and are not easy to loosen. The hopper is cast with wear-resistant and non stick mirror enamel material to ensure that it does not condense or stick to the hopper when transporting high-temperature, wet, hot, and sticky materials, and the loading productivity is stable. The standard configuration of this machine is that the height of the middle casing is 2500mm. The middle casing is equipped with a set of (4) wear-resistant nylon anti deviation rollers, which can effectively prevent deviation even if the lifting height reaches 30m or more; Each section is equipped with 4 inspection doors, and guide rollers are installed next to each inspection door to effectively prevent the hopper from colliding with the machine casing during operation. At the same time, a cleaning and maintenance door is installed on the bottom side for easy inspection and maintenance.

should be set at the middle casing connected to the upper casing. 7. This device does not provide a maintenance platform, users
can set it up according to their specific situation.
