1. The body
The body includes the machine basin, chassis, sand discharge door, machine legs, and related components. The sand discharge door is installed on the side of the machine basin, controlled by a cylinder, with fast sand discharge speed and clean discharge. The machine basin is equipped with a sampler. The inner lining ring and bottom lining plate of the machine basin are made of NM500 wear-resistant steel plate, which provides sufficient wear resistance and flatness on the bottom surface to solve the problem of sand adhesion in the machine basin.
2. Transmission mechanism
The transmission mechanism includes the main motor, V-belt, base, belt cover, reducer, and chain coupling.The main motor is mounted on the motor base, and transmits power to the reducer through pulleys and V-belts. The output shaft of the reducer is connected to the column through a chain coupling, and the main shaft drives the scraper sleeve to rotate counterclockwise, causing the scraper device to push the molding sand to form a circulation. The motor base is equipped with a tensioning mechanism. Install the reducer and machine body on the base, and bear all the loads of the machine. It is fixed on the foundation of the sand mixer; The reducer is installed on the base, and during major repairs, the chain coupling can be disconnected to horizontally pull out the reducer for repair without disassembling the column and other components.
The protective covers are fixed on the base and motor base respectively.
The reducer adopts SEW product, model ML3RVSF110, and its lubrication method relies on oil bath and splash lubrication. The upper bearing of the reducer is supplied with oil by a lubricating oil pump; Simultaneously equipped with a forced water cooling device, please refer to the reducer manual for details. The chain coupling connects the transmission mechanism and the mixing mechanism.
The rotor electronics adopts Y - Δ voltage reduction starting, and the spindle motor adopts an electrical soft starting device, which can improve the starting performance, isolate vibration and impact, reduce impact current, and enable the machine load to start.
